Currently we only ship within New Zealand, however we aim to be supplying Australia, and other countries globally in the near future

We aim to have orders placed from 2pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday before 2pm - with the postal service / courier on Monday. Orders placed between 2pm Monday and 2pm Wednesday - with the postal service / courier on Wednesday. And orders placed between 2pm Wednesday and 2pm Friday- with the postal service / couriers on Friday.

North Island delivery: Please allow approximately another 1 to 2 working days for it to arrive after dispatch (rural deliveries expect 4 to 5 working days).

South Island delivery: Please allow approximately another 2 to 3 working days for it to arrive after dispatch (rural deliveries 5 to 6 working days)

Public Holidays: Orders are not filled on public holidays. They will be filled on the next working day following

Our products are made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients

Some clumping will occur of the product in the bag, especially when it sits still for several days. This is normal, as there are no anti-caking ingredients like silicon dioxide. The clumps will easily break up with a spoon or by squeezing the outside of the bag, and will still dissolve in liquid.
